Please note that the above size chart is for before wash and before garment dye measures. White shirts and Oxford shirts will shrink 3-8% in width and length after initial wash. This will also bulk up the fabric to be over 8.0 osy fabric weight as well. For colored shirts that have been garment dyed, the shrink will already be removed.
